Photoshop has a Layers panel, but it’s not always easy to see what it is. The Layers panel is a panel at the bottom of the Photoshop window that lets you create and manage layers. You can see a list of all the layers in the panel by clicking on one of them. You can also drag and drop layers into other panels or windows, or into the document itself.
