Paths are a powerful tool in Photoshop. They let you create a series of lines that connect different parts of your image. You can use them to create borders, titles, and other elements in your artwork. To create a path in Photoshop, first open the Path palette. Then, select the Path tool from the Tools palette. The Path tool is located at the bottom of the Path palette. To create a path, drag one or more points along the path you want to create. The points can be anywhere in your image. You can also drag and drop points into other parts of your image to join them together. When you’ve created a path, press OK to close it out of the Path palette and return to the Image menu. Now, you can use the Image tools to edit your path: Edit > Transform > Scale > Width/Height > Length to change its width and height values.
