There are a few steps you can take to turn a photo into a tattoo in Photoshop. First, select the photo and click on the Edit button. Then, select the Background layer and click on the OK button. Next, select the Font layer and click on the OK button. Finally, select the Tattoo layer and click on the OK button. Now that you have selected all of your layers, it is time to start tattooing! To start tattooing, drag your mouse over one of the images in your photo album and then press down on it to make a selection. Once you have made a selection, drag your mouse over one of the tattoos in your photo album and then press down on it to make a selection. Once you have made a selection, drag your mouse over one of the tattoos in your photo album and then press down on it to make a new tattoo.
