Edges can be a bit rough in Photoshop CC 2017, but there are a few ways to smooth them out. One way is to use the “Smooth” command. Another way is to use the “Filter” menu and select “Gaussian Blur.” Finally, you can use the “Layers” menu and select “Layer Mask.”
