If you want to resize an image in a layer in Photoshop, there are a few different ways to go about it. The easiest way is to use the Image Size dialog box. To do this, open the Image Size dialog box by selecting Image > Image Size… from the menu bar. Next, select the layer you want to resize from the Layers panel and enter the new size in pixels in the Width and Height fields. Click OK to apply your changes and close the Image Size dialog box. If you don’t want to use the Image Size dialog box, you can also resize an image using the Free Transform tool.
