If you’re ever going to remove super glue from a car, it’s best to do it the old-fashioned way: with a plunger. Not only is this more efficient, but it also doesn’t damage the paint. Here’s how:
- Remove any excess super glue from the plunger by using circular motions and pulling back and forth.
- Pour a small amount of water onto the plunger and place it over the glued area.
- Use your other hand to push and pull on the plunger until all of the water has been used up.
- Let the plunger sit for a few minutes so that all of the liquid has dissipated (it should now be clear).
- Remove the plunger by using a paper towel to dry off the area where super glue was applied (be sure not to get any of it on your hands!).
