If you’re like most people, you probably don’t like the feeling of gum on your car. Not only is it unsightly, but it can also be a pain to remove. Here are some tips on how to remove gum from your car:
- Use a vacuum cleaner. If you have a vacuum cleaner with a hose attachment, use it to clean the gum off the surface of the car. Be sure to use the right type of vacuum cleaner for this task – one that has a brush attachment is ideal.
- Use boiling water and vinegar. Boil some water and add vinegar to it – mix well. Pour the mixture over the gum and let it sit for about 10 minutes before wiping off with a cloth or sponge. Be careful not to get any of the vinegar on your car!
- Use rubbing alcohol and baking soda. Combine 1/2 cup of rubbing alcohol and 1/4 cup of baking soda in a bowl, mix well, and pour into a spray bottle (or use an old toothbrush). Spray the mixture over the gum and let it sit for about 10 minutes before wiping off with a cloth or sponge. Be careful not to get any of the alcohol or baking soda on your car! ..
