There are a few things you can do to help you outline your shapes in Photoshop. The first is to choose the Outline tool. This tool lets you draw a line around your shapes, or create a box around them. You can also use the Round tool to make circles, and the Polygonal tool to create polygons. The next thing you want to do is set up your layers. You will need one for each shape, and one for the background.
