If you’re like most people, you have a lot of photos and videos stored on your computer. But organizing them all into folders and files can be a pain. In this article, we’ll show you how to use Photoshop to organize your files quickly and easily. First, open Photoshop and create a new document. You can use any size or shape, but we recommend using a square or rectangular document so that the files will fit more easily into the Organizer later on. Next, select all of the photos and videos in your document by pressing Ctrl+A (or Cmd+A on a Mac). Then, click on the Organizer button in the toolbar (or press O on a Mac) to open the Organizer window. The first thing you’ll want to do is group your photos and videos together by category. To do this, click on the plus sign next to the “Photos” category name and then select all of the photos in your document. Then, click on the “Grouped Photos” tab at the top of the Organizer window and choose “Group Photos By Date.” This will group all of your photos by date instead of by category. Next, you’ll want to organize your videos into folders based on what they are about. To do this, click on the plus sign next to “Videos” in the “Grouped Photos” tab and then select all of your videos. Then, click on the “Folders” tab at the top of the Organizer window and choose “Create New Folder.” This will create a new folder for each video in your document. ..
