In this article, we’ll show you how to make cartoons in Photoshop using basic tools and techniques. First, open a new document in Photoshop and set the size to 800x600 pixels. You can also use a different size if you want, but 800x600 is a good starting point because it’s large enough to produce decent-quality cartoons but not so large that you can’t work on it easily.
