To make your car seat cover, first gather a few sheets of bed sheet. You will need one sheet for the cover and one or two for the backing. Next, cut the sheet into a rectangle that is about 18 inches by 24 inches. Finally, fold the bottom third of the sheet up so that it forms a triangle. Make sure that the folded edge is facing down so that it will not show when you are finished sewing the cover together. To sew your car seat cover together, first sew one side of the cover together using a straight stitch or zigzag stitch. Then, turn the cover so that it is right-side out and sew the other side of the cover together using the same stitch(s).
