There are a few things you need in order to create cinemagraphs in Photoshop CC. First, you’ll need to create a new document, and then select the “Cinemagraph” tool. Next, drag a layer onto the canvas and name it “Cinemagraph 1”. Finally, drag another layer onto the top of Cinemagraph 1 and name it “Cinemagraph 2”. Now, use the following commands to create your cinemagraphs: Command + Shift + V (copy) - Copies the layer at the bottom of Cinemagraph 2 into Cinemagraph 1 Command + Shift + J (join) - Joins Cinemagraph 1 and Cinemagram 2 together
