There are a few things you need before starting to make a CD label in Photoshop. First, you’ll need to create a new document, and then select the CD typeface that you want to use. Next, you’ll need to create a basic label for your CD. In this example, we’re using the Arial typeface. Next, we’ll add some text to the label. We’ll use the text tool to add text that says “Artist: Title: Album Name: Genre: " The text can be any length you like, and it should be centered on the CD’s cover. Finally, we’ll add some borders around the label. We’ll use the border tool to create a border around each of the text areas on the label.
