There are a few things you can do to inflate a car tire without a pump. The first is to fill the air tank with air and place the tire on the ground. Next, use a wrench to unscrew the lugnuts on the bottom of the tire. Be sure to keep these screws in hand so you can replace them if needed. Finally, use your hands to push and pull on the tire until it is inflated to your desired level.
