If you’re like most people, you probably have a USB charger in your car. But if you’re like me, you don’t know how to hardwire it to your car. Here’s how:
- Open the door of your car and remove the battery cover.
- Locate the power outlet on the side of your car. You’ll see two plugs on either side of the outlet. The one on the left is for the AC adapter, and the one on the right is for a USB charger.
- Connect one end of the USB charger to an AC adapter plug and connect the other end to a power outlet in your car.
- Turn on your car’s headlights and taillights so you can see what’s connected to your USB charger. The green light will indicate that it’s connected to something else in your car, such as an audio or video system or a navigation system (if there are any). The red light will indicate that it’s connected to your USB charger and is ready to charge your devices!
