There are a few ways to get dog pee smell out of a car seat. One way is to use a vacuum cleaner with the hose attachment to suck the urine up into the vacuum cleaner. Another way is to use a bucket and pour water onto the seat. The bucket should be placed so that the water droplets fall on top of the urine. The urine will then start to smell bad and will be easy to get rid of.
