If you’re like most people, you probably use Photoshop to create graphics and illustrations. But if you want to feather a layer in Photoshop, there are a few things you need to know. First, the feathering tool is located in the Tools palette. To use it, click on the feathering tool icon and then drag the slider to change how much of the layer is affected by the feathering. You can also Feather using a specific point or range of points by clicking on one of the points and then dragging it around. Second, if you want to Feather all of your layers at once, select all of them with Ctrl+A and then Feather using the slider or point-and-drag.
