If you’re like most people, you probably use Photoshop to edit photos and graphics. But did you know that you can also use it to edit layers? In this article, we’ll show you how to do it. First, open a photo or graphic in Photoshop and select all the layers by pressing Ctrl+A (or Cmd+A on a Mac). Next, click the Layers button in the toolbar and select Edit Layers from the menu. The Layers dialog box will open. On the left side of the dialog box, you’ll see all the layers in your document. On the right side of the dialog box, you’ll see all the options for editing each layer. We’ll focus on two important options: Edit Mode and Transparency. In Edit Mode, you can change any layer’s properties (such as its color or opacity) without affecting any other layers. You can also add new layers from this mode by clicking the New Layer button at the bottom of the dialog box. To exit Edit Mode and return to your original document, click OK in the Layers dialog box. Transparency is a special kind of layer property that lets you control how much of an image is visible through a particular layer. For example, if you want to hide part of an image behind another layer, use Transparency to do it. To change a layer’s transparency level, click its Transparency icon (a circle with a slash through it) in Edit Mode or on its thumbnail in the Layers panel. The Transparency icon will turn from black (transparent) to white (opaque). The higher your transparency level is set,the less visible your layer will be onscreen. ..
