There are three basic steps to drawing a triangle in Illustrator:
- Choose the triangle’s base. This is the point at which the triangle’s length is equal to its width.
- Choose one of the triangle’s sides. This is the length of side that is not its base.
- Draw a line from the triangle’s base to one of its sides, and then draw a line from that side to the other side.
