If you are a VIP customer of a company, then you may have noticed that your mailbox has been filled with spam. This is because the company is using your VIP status to get more spam messages into your mailbox. To delete all the spam from your mailbox, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and click on the “My Account” link at the top of the page.
- Click on “My Preferences.”
- Scroll down and click on “Mailboxes.”
- Click on “Delete.”
- Type in “vipmailbox” at the bottom of the screen and hit ENTER.
