If you have the Pokemon Y game installed on your computer, you can delete your save data by going to the “Data” tab in the game’s main menu and selecting “Delete.” If you don’t have the game installed, you can also delete your save data by going to the “My Games” section of your account’s website and selecting “Delete.”
