If you’re like most people, you probably use Myfitnesspal to track your fitness progress and food intake. But if you want to delete food from your account, there are a few steps you need to take. First, open Myfitnesspal and sign in. Then, click on the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen. On the left side of the screen, you’ll see a list of tools. Click on the three lines in the top left corner of that list and then select “Delete food from Myfitnesspal.” Once you’ve deleted food from your account, your fitness progress will be updated and your food intake will be updated as well. But if you ever want to re-add food to your account or update your information for any reason, just follow these same steps: open Myfitnesspal and sign in again, click on the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen, and then select “Add food.”
