But if you want to delete Facebook call history, there are a few steps you need to take. First, open Facebook and sign in. Then click on the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen and select “Delete Call History.” After that, select “Yes” when asked to confirm deletion. Once deletion is complete, Facebook will show a message saying that call history was deleted. However, if you ever want to re-enable call history or view it again, just follow these same steps and select “No” when asked to confirm deletion again.
