If you have an iPhone or iPad and jailbroken it, chances are you’ve installed Cydia, the iOS app store. But what if you want to delete it? Or restore your device to its factory settings? Here’s how to do it without restoring. First, make sure you have the latest version of Cydia installed on your device. If not, install it from the App Store. Next, open Cydia and tap on the “Store” icon at the bottom of the screen. Scroll down until you see “Packages” and tap on it. Now scroll down until you see “Cydia” and tap on it. At the top of the screen, click on “Edit Profile” and then enter your password if prompted. (If you don’t have a password set up, tap on “Create New Password” at the top of the screen and enter a strong password.) Now scroll down until you see “Delete Packages” and tap on it. (If there are any other packages installed on your device other than Cydia, they will be listed here as well.) Next, click on “Delete All Packages” at the bottom of the screen. (This will remove all of Cydia’s files from your device.) ..
