But if you don’t want her to keep doing her thing, there are a few steps you can take to delete her from your Echo device. First, open the Echo app and sign in. Then, under “Routine,” click on the “Delete” button. This will take you to a confirmation page that asks for your permission before deleting Alexa. If everything goes according to plan, the next time you turn on your Echo device it’ll say “Alexa is now deleted.” If not, make sure you’ve followed these steps correctly and Alexa should still be working fine!
