If you’re a PlayStation 4 user and have an account on the platform, then deleting your sub account is a must-do if you want to stop receiving messages from that account. Deleting your sub account will also remove any content and achievements that are associated with that account. To delete your sub account on PlayStation 4:

  1. Log into your PlayStation 4 system.
  2. Select “Accounts” from the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to “Sub Accounts.”
  4. Click on the “Delete Account” button.
