If you want to delete a person from a group text, the easiest way is to go to the group text conversation and click on the three lines in the top left corner. This will open up a menu of options. Under “Options,” you’ll see an option to “Remove from Group.” Click on this and then select the person you want to delete. They will be removed from all future messages in that group text, and their profile picture will be replaced with an X. ..
