If you are using Onenote on your iPad, there is a way to delete a notebook. To do this, open the Onenote app and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. This will show you a list of notebooks that are currently open. Scroll down and select the one you want to delete. Click on the Delete button and your notebook will be deleted.
