If you’re a Windows 10 user, you can delete a homegroup from the system by using the following steps:

  1. Open the Start menu and type “cmd” (without the quotes) and hit enter.
  2. Type “netstat -an” and hit enter.
  3. If there is a list of networks connected to your computer, you’ll see something like this:
  4. If there isn’t, type “netstat -a” and hit enter. This will show all of your current network connections as well as any homegroups that are connected to them. You can now delete any of them by typing “delete homegroup name” at the top of the list.
