There are a few things you need to know if you want to cut out a photo in Photoshop. First, make sure that the photo is selected in the photo editor. Then, use the Cut tool to select the area of the photo that you want to remove. To start cutting, hold down the Option key and drag the cursor over the area that you want to remove. Once you have moved the cursor over the desired area, release the Option key and let go of the mouse. The Cut tool will automatically cut out all of the surrounding pixels in that area.
