There are a few things you can do to cut an image out in Photoshop. The first is to use the selection tool, which is located at the bottom of the tool palette. With the selection tool, you can select a part of an image and then drag it to another location in the image. You can also use the arrow keys to move the selection around. The next thing you need to do is create a mask. A mask is just like a selection, but it doesn’t include any parts of the image. To create a mask, click on the plus sign (+) next to the mask name in the tool palette and then click on OK. Next, select all of the areas that you want to include in your mask and then click on OK again. Finally, use your mouse wheel to move around your selections and make sure that they are all placed in one spot so that they look like one piece of art.
