There are a few things you can do to cut an image out in Photoshop. The first is to use the selection tool, which is located at the bottom of the tool palette. With the selection tool, you can select a part of an image and then drag it to another location in the image. You can also use the arrow keys to move the selection around. The next thing you need to do is create a mask. A mask is just like a selection, but it doesn’t include any parts of the image.
