There are a few ways to crop something in Illustrator. The easiest way is to use the Selection tool, which is located at the bottom of the tool palette. To crop something using the Selection tool, click on the area you want to crop and then drag and drop the selection onto another area of your document. You can also use the Command key (C) to select an entire object or group of objects and then press Command (C) again to select all of them.
