Illustrator is a vector graphic editor that lets you crop images to create professional-looking graphics. To crop an image, select the image you want to crop and then click on the Edit button. The Edit button will open a dialog box that allows you to choose how much to crop, how wide to make the selection, and whether to make the selection permanent or delete it when you finish. If you choose to make the selection permanent, Illustrator will keep track of where the selection is located in the image and will show a warning if you move it. If you choose not to make the selection permanent, Illustrator will delete the selected image when it’s done editing it.
