If you’re like most people, you probably use Photoshop to create beautiful graphics and photos. But if you want to copy layers from one document to another, there are a few things you need to know. First, Photoshop doesn’t support layer copy in the same way that it supports layer cut. That is, if you want to copy a layer from one document into another, you’ll need to first create a new document and then copy the layers in that new document. Second, when copying layers, be sure to select the entire layer before clicking on the OK button. This will ensure that your copied layers will be properly aligned and organized. Finally, be sure not to forget about the original document’s name! If you rename a document after copying its layers, Photoshop will automatically rename those layers in your new document too.
