It’s hard to admit you’re wrong, but it’s even harder to keep a big lie going for years. In the case of the Trump administration, it may be time for some of its biggest players to come clean about their involvement in the Russia scandal. The first step is admitting you made a mistake. Attorney General Jeff Sessions testified under oath that he had no contact with Russians during the campaign, but now it appears he lied. Sessions should resign and face criminal charges. Sessions isn’t the only one who needs to come clean. Former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn also lied about his contacts with Russian officials. Flynn was fired after just 24 days on the job because of these lies, and he may have broken federal law by lying to investigators. Flynn should also face criminal charges for his involvement in this scandal. He could be sentenced to up to five years in prison and fined $250,000. Flynn has already agreed to cooperate with investigators and testify against other people involved in this scandal. ..
