If you’re like most people, you probably cringe at the thought of having to clean out wisdom teeth holes. But there are a few easy ways to do it without resorting to using a syringe. Here are four tips:
- Use a toothpick. This is probably the simplest way to clean out the hole. Just insert a toothpick into the hole and wiggle it around until all the debris is removed.
- Use baking soda and water. Mix 1/2 cup of baking soda with enough water to make a paste. Wet your toothbrush and apply the paste to the inside of the hole, then use your fingers to scrub it around until everything is gone.
- Use hydrogen peroxide and water. Mix 3 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide with 8 ounces of water, then pour this mixture into the hole using a syringe or an eyedropper. Swish it around for a few minutes, then use your fingers to scrub it clean.
