If you’re like most people, you probably cringe at the thought of having to clean out wisdom teeth holes. But there are a few easy ways to do it without resorting to using a syringe. Here are four tips:

  1. Use a toothpick. This is probably the simplest way to clean out the hole. Just insert a toothpick into the hole and wiggle it around until all the debris is removed.
  2. Use baking soda and water. Mix 1/2 cup of baking soda with enough water to make a paste. Wet your toothbrush and apply the paste to the inside of the hole, then use your fingers to scrub it around until everything is gone.
  3. Use hydrogen peroxide and water. Mix 3 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide with 8 ounces of water, then pour this mixture into the hole using a syringe or an eyedropper. Swish it around for a few minutes, then use your fingers to scrub it clean.
