If you’re like most people, you probably use your car’s wax applicator pads more than you’d like to admit. But before long, those pads will start to accumulate dirt, dust, and other debris. And not only is it a pain to clean them yourself, but it’s also a safety hazard to let someone else do it. Here’s how to clean car wax applicator pads in just a few minutes:
- Remove the applicator pad from the wax container.
- Wet the applicator pad with water and wring out the excess. Make sure the pad is completely wet before using it again.
- Apply pressure with your hand to scrub the dirt and debris off of the pad surface. Be sure to work in a circular motion so that you cover all of the surface area.
- Rinse off the pad under running water until it’s clean. Make sure to dry it off completely before putting it back into the wax container or storage case ..
