There are a few things you can do to clean a steering wheel. First, use a mild soap and water to clean the wheel. Second, use a cloth to dry the wheel. Third, use a vacuum cleaner to clean the inside of the wheel. Fourth, use an oven to bake off any built-up grease or wax on the wheel. Fifth, use a plunger to suction onto any dried blood or oil on the wheel and pull it off.
