There are a few things you can do to clean a seat belt before it needs to be replaced. First, remove the old belt and put it in a garbage bag. Second, take off the clips that hold the belt together. Third, take off the buckle and remove the belt. Fourth, use a vacuum cleaner to suck out all of the dirt and debris that has built up on the belt. Finally, put the new belt on and reattach all of the clips.
