Coccidiosis is a serious infection caused by the coccidia, a type of parasite. The infection can cause severe diarrhea and vomiting. If left untreated, coccidiosis can lead to pneumonia. To clean a coop after coccidiosis, you will need to:

  1. Remove all the fecal material from the coop. This can be done by using a plunger or a vacuum cleaner to suck all the fecal material up into the machine. Make sure to do this as soon as possible so that there is no risk of spreading the infection.
  2. Clean all surfaces in the coop including the floor, roof, and sides of the coop. Make sure to use soap and water to clean these surfaces thoroughly. Do not use any chemicals or detergents because they may harm your animals or create an environment that is conducive to spread coccidiosis!
  3. Check for any signs of coccidiosis such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting. If you find any of these symptoms, take your animals to a veterinarian for treatment immediately!
