There are a few things you can do to change your hair color in Photoshop. The first is to select the color you want to use and then click on the Edit button. Then, select the Hue/Saturation slider and change the value to what you want it to be. Next, select the Color button and change the value to what you want it to be. Finally, click on OK and then close Photoshop.
