If you’re working in Illustrator and want to change the color of a CMYK document to RGB, there are a few things you need to know. First, open the document in question and make sure that the RGB color space is active. To do this, go to Window > Color > RGB. Next, select all of the text in the document and choose Edit > Copy (Command-C). Then go back to your original document and paste the text into a new layer (Ctrl-V).
