There are a few ways to change aspect ratio in Photoshop. The most common way to change aspect ratio is to use the " ratios" command. To use the " ratios" command, you need to open Photoshop and click on the " Rows" button in the top left corner of the screen. Then, select a number from 1-4 and click on the " Change Ratio " button. The next time you open Photoshop, you’ll see a new window called " Rows." This window will have three bars at the top: left, right, and center. The left bar will be filled with numbers that represent how wide your image is compared to the right bar. The center bar will be empty and will represent how wide your image is compared to both of the other bars. If your image has an aspect ratio of 4:3, then everything in between those two bars will be filled with white space. If your image has an aspect ratio of 3:2, then everything in between those two bars will be filled with black space. To change how wide your image is compared to one of those two bars, just drag one of those numbers up or down until it becomes what you want it to be. You can also use CTRL+Z (or CMD+Z) to undo any changes you’ve made in that window.
