If you’re a Zipcar member and want to cancel your membership, here’s how:

  1. Log in to your account and click on the “Cancel Membership” button.
  2. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.
  3. Zipcar will not be charged for your current membership and you will continue to receive all of the benefits that come with it, including free rides and access to our entire fleet of cars.
