There are a few things you can do to add outline to text in Photoshop. The first is to select the text and then click on the ellipsis button. This will add a dashed line around the text. The second thing you can do is to select the text and then click on the arrow button. This will add a line up from one end of the text to the other. The third thing you can do is to select the text and then click on the plus sign (+). This will add a line up from one end of the text to both ends of the text.
