In Photoshop, you can add grid lines to your images by using the Grid Layers palette. The Grid Layers palette is located in the Tools palette, and it contains six tabs: Grid, Levels, Curves, HSL, and Mask. The first tab in the Grid Layers palette is called Grid. It contains three options: Lines, which creates a series of grid lines; Columns, which creates a column of grid lines; and Rows, which creates a row of grid lines. The second tab in the Grid Layers palette is called Levels. It contains four options: Brightness/Contrast, Hue/Saturation, Luminance/Shadowing, and Blur. The third tab in the Grid Layers palette is called Curves. It contains five options: Level (1-9), Radius (0-100), Angle (0-180), Margin (0-400), and Slope (0-1). The fourth tab in the Grid Layers palette is called HSL. It contains six options: Hue/Saturation (H), Luminance (L), Shadowing (S), Color Space (Cb/Crt), Gamma(G), and Alpha(A). The fifth tab in theGrid Layers palette is called Mask. It contains two options: Add Mask to All Images or Add Mask to a Layer. The Add Mask to All Images option adds masks to all images in your project; the Add Mask to a Layer option adds masks to a specific layer within your project.
