If you’re a graphic designer or illustrator who likes to work with fonts, then you know that it’s a great way to add some extra flavor and personality to your designs. And if you’re using Illustrator on a Mac, there’s no need to go too far - there are plenty of ways to add downloaded fonts to your program. Here are three easy ways:
- Open the Fonts panel in the Preferences window and select one of the fonts you’ve downloaded. Then click the Add button at the bottom of the panel.
- In the same window, open the Fonts folder and select one of the fonts you’ve downloaded. Then click the Add button at the bottom of the panel.
- If you’re using Illustrator CC, open Preferences > General > Fonts and select one of your downloaded fonts from within that window - then click Add in the Fonts panel again.
