There are a few things you can do to add an outline to text in Photoshop. The first is to select the text and then click on the ellipsis button. This will add a dashed line around the text. The second thing you can do is to select the text and then click on the arrow button. This will add a line up from one end of the text to the other. The third thing you can do is to select the text and then click on the ellipsis button again. This will add a dashed line around both ends of the text.
